Hi and welcome TEC Pictures. I am Tim Covington. This channel will have videos on:
photography and videography
Camping and hiking, and
Motorcycles
All as inexpensively as possible.
Like most people, I have a day job, family, and bills. This means I can’t afford to spend thousands of dollars on equipment and take long trips all of the time. So, most of my locations are in urban and suburban locations. And, when I do cover equipment, I will be generally talking about more inexpensive equipment.
However, I will also cover ways to do longer trips more cheaply. This will generally involve camping and hiking. And, I will talk about my favorite transportation for road trips, motorcycles.
Since this channel is in its beginnings, I am sure I will refine this channel’s content over time. My goal is to publish at least one video a week. Let’s see if I can meet that goal.

@Potato Jet issued a 24 minute vlog challenge the other day. I decided to take him up on it. I was bout to go out and load my backpack up so that I could head out next weekend right after work. $5 DIY Platypod Alternative

Here is a $5 DIY Platypod alternative. It just takes a little time and a few items from the hardware store. I've used for getting stable and level shots in hard to reach areas (like under the seats in an aircraft cockpit). If you are tight for cash, this is a great photography project.
