Mam I want to know more about chief complain
@@59abhishekpatel47 Presenting complain is the complain that brought patient to the hospital. It's the main symptom with which patient came to hospital not diagnosis It can be pain, fever , vomiting cough etc Always write one or two Presenting complaints and not more than that because remaining will be in the associated factors . For Example Patient may present with fever associated with weight loss, night sweats etc but only fever will be the presenting complain in this case. In other cases weight loss can also be the chief complain if that's what brought the patient to you And some patients start telling diagnosis like they say they have gall stones but presenting complain will not be gall stones but the pain because of which they came to the hospital

@@arslanmehmood692 Wa alaikum assalam I don't have my notes in compiled form. I myself don't like Pathoma as much. Make notes of Dr Priyanka's lectures. Read those topics from Robbins and add them to your notes It will help you retain as well It will not take as much time as you think Best of luck ✨

@@saminaimran6869 It depends on you. 20-30 tk ho jaty hai And it makes the difference of 10-15%
Ok
Why not Harsh Mohan , anyway nyc video (frm India)
I recommended Pathoma because mene Pathoma sy prha tha. Plus Pathoma k lectures bhi available hai Both Pathoma and Harsh Mohan are kind of summary books. You can read either of them depending upon your preference.

keeo up the good work Ma'am
Mera 77 % hai fsc mai plz mujhe batao mai kia karon mai na fsc mai bhi boht mehnat kiiii thiii😢
Don't worry mehnat ap ki zaya nhi ho gi.Inshaa Allah you'll get more than you have ever thought. You can opt fields other than MBBS either AHS(DPT,Pharm-D) or any other Bs program (CS,IT, Physics,Chem) depending upon your interest.
Mujh bohattt shauk ha doctor bnaya ka lakin gap bohat ziada ha( at 80 percent i m lying)
I think it's not easy to cover that much gap. Moreover, we have so much uncertainty in our system so taking a gap year would be big risk. So in my opinion It's better to go for other fields related to medical.
Sister, kia wo potential mujh ma nahi ha ju is study ka Lia required hota ha?😔
dont worry dear ap hardwork karyn or fsc imrove karyn and next year mdcat again dyn IN SHA ALLAH you will be in your dream medical clg becoz nothing is impossible . good luck and stay blessed🥰
Mujh bohattt shauk ha doctor bnaya ka lakin gap bohat ziada ha( at 80 percent i m lying)

Yup brainless is good. But read Robbins as well along with her lectures
@@MahamMaqbool alright 🙌

@@Khans.Corner804 I'll suggest you to make your own notes while listening to lectures. It would be much more beneficial
@@MahamMaqbool Sai a ji ma Apne hi bana Raha hon Notes
But bro she's so pretty ❤😭
Answer- Like atropine physostigmine is also a tertiary amine and can cross the blood brain barrier. So physostigmine can also reverse the CNS symptoms caused by atropine poisoning.Neostigmine is a quaternary amine and cannot cross the blood brain barrier.
Edrophonium
Edrophonium
apne repeat kiya tha?
No,I cleared it in first attempt. Many of my fellows and friends did so. My advice is based on their experiences and my own observations
Lectures for 4th yeae too 😅
Inshaa Allah bro❤️
Very helpful
Zabardast, kepp it up ❤
For general pathology -First watch Pathoma and Dr Priyanka lectures -Make your notes -Read Robbins(After Dr Priyanka lectures Robbins will be very easy for you) -Add extra points in your notes(if any) Disclaimer!! Along with this follow the guidelines of your respective college

For ur info..a cristal clear concept regarding mechanism of action..😊 u didnt clearly explain that how penicillins inhibit transpeptidation let me explain. As u told cell wall is composed of NAG and NAM (peptidoglycans) attached by cross linkages Transpeptidase along with other enzym nd protiens are actually presnt in cell memberan.😊 Transpeptidase remove alanin from one strand nd that strand attaches to Glycin of the opposite strand in this way cross linkages occurs. And beta lactams(penicillins) r analogues of D alanin so all these B lactams inhibit transpeptidase as it is analogue of d alanin in this way a deficient cell wall forms with less cross linkages ,which can be easily broken down by autolysis.and hence it inhibit c.wall synthesis. For ur info not an objection. U r doing nice❤ Dont forget to subscribe my channel
Inhibition of trans peptidition reaction and increase in autolytic activity is enough information regarding the mechanism of action of penicillins. I don't think further details are important in Pharmacology. BTW I appreciate your feedback.
physostigmine is used because it can cross the blood brain barrier, reverses both cns and cvs effects of tricyclic antidepressants, and reverse the effects of neuromuscular blockers whereas neostigmine is used in treatment myasthenia gravis and does not enter bbb due to its high polarity.
People having penciline allergy.... 1... Alternative drugs are macrolides 2....if not then monobactam... Aztreonam As in rheumatic fever.... If causes benzathene penciline G.... hypersensitivity....treatable with erythromycin and sulphonamides
Aminoglycosides and tetracycline.... attack on 30 S unit of ribosomes
Well Explained 😊❤
All beta lactam antibiotics block this enzyme transpeptidase.....
Ham penicillin is lye use nhi krte because MRSA and MRSE developed resistance against penicillin by altering PBP
It's ceftazidime
Tetracycline
Aminoglycosides and tetracyclines binds to 30S unit of ribosome
👏👏👏
Answer the following questions! What is the MOA of Erythromycin and Linezolid? Which protein synthesis inhibitors are bactericidal?
Bactericidal are streptogramin And aminoglycosides
