    can we make a plan for manali from 24th feb???Is that possible??Is there any chance of road blcking..

      Hey Anish. Go for it. Manali is beautiful and quite an unpredictable place too. We planned on 21st Feb 2017 and experienced both sunshine and snow within 48 hours. But, no road blocks till Solang Valley.
