Hi, i've checked with development and we didn't manufacture them at the time (before both of our times) and now the cost of manufacture & development is too large for it to be commercially viable for us to do it. That said, if you're part of a club that would want to develop something with us and would be willing to meet our MOQ's we'd happily work with you to manufacture the best bush on the market.

Polyurethane can be made in ANY hardness we like, so we've opted for an OEM+ type bushing that'll outlast and outperform OEM, but NOT be harsher. A recent testimonial on this product was "Full set of bushes fitted to my VW transporter. I can honestly say that the difference is utterly incredible. Hi, this product has the same hardness as OEM so there should be no more Noise, Vibration and Harshness, a few of our own staff members have these on their own daily driven cars with no issue - As these products are made in the UK, rain is absolutely no problem.

Hi, though it does depend on the vehicle, in this case, the material is harder than OEM, but it should be fairly comfortable still. We know of many customers who are daily driving their cars with no issue.

Hey Darren. We tend to put fitting instructions on our product pages, I assume they do the same, as it really depends on how they've designed their bushes, have you been on their website? Definitely go to the horse's mouth!

Great question, with our bushes, NO. With Polybush, the only lubrication you need is dish soap, this works as a lubricant but washes away quickly & does not attract dirt - We have designed our bushes as per the O.E.M parts, as such they are an Interference fit - where the material moves, not the bits of the bush. The Introduction of grease could make this part a bearing, as it will allow the tube or the bush to move independently. However, other manufacturers actually design their polyurethane bushes to utilise grease. However, we do not recommend those for road cars as they can transfer significantly more NVH (Noise, Vibration & Harshness)

Other manufacturers may have this issue, however, our bushes are designed for an interference fit, to allow squeak-free arm movement.
