Stop doubting yourself and trust the process
Doubt yourself and doubt G0d. Something greater than you created you. It has a plan for you. When you doubt yourself, you're telling that greater power you know better. Relax. Trust the process.

Conquer your darkness to get out of your own way

We all have darkness. We all think things we're not proud of. We all have done things we're not proud of. We all have experienced things we'd rather not remember. It gets dark when we visit that corner of our mind. But if we're not willing to sit down with that darkness and ask why it's here, we will never grow. To get to where we want to go, we must know where we are now. Here's a short inventory I take nightly to help me reflect on my actions throughout the day, and on whether or not they align with who I'm trying to become. Note: Per request from the last video, I've also created a Notion page you can duplicate and track this! nebulous-tangerine-27b.notion.site/Daily-Stand-Up-Cool-Down-b866fd850e2a4...

Recommended sets/reps: 2-3 sets x 10-15 repetitions each side Would definitely start with bilateral (both sides), then start unilateral (one side) with the side that has LESS mobility. You can always add more yoga blocks if needed, or remove it completely. 👉 Follow me on IG! @muscletomindset #MuscleToMindset

    currently going through a tough break up. i would have died for her and she just, out of the blue, calls at night and says she doesn't love me anymore. It's been a month and still hurting quite a lot - but videos like these give me hope, that with time and desire to change, that change will occure. I have many goals, but I dont want to pursue them out of 'Revenge', I would like to be able to pursue my dreams without any hatred towards others and just as a form of self love towards me. Thank you for this video.

      Hey @lunarpierro I’m so sorry to hear you’re going through a tough break up. My heart is with you and sending you love, big hugs and healing energy. I am so grateful my videos give you hope and you can relate to wanting to do things for YOU! At the end of the day being successful and achieving our goals has to be us- if not we just feel empty when we achieve them. I’m proud of you 💚

    What type of questions did you ask yourself to identify the characteristics you no longer wanted to have? Great video!

    • @muscletomindset
      @muscletomindset 2 місяці тому

      Hey Robert! A lot of that gets figured out in defining the person you want to be. When I was trying to lose fat and learn to prioritize my health I would ask myself “what would someone who wants to lose fat and prioritizes their health do?” (At the end of the day, we are smart people and know what we need to do to get to what we want/where we want to go). In defining what someone who loses fat and prioritizes their health would do, it puts a spotlight on what I’m not doing. These are the characteristics I no longer want to have. This process is great because it gives me something to work towards and keeps me from beating up on myself. Hope this helps!

    Thank you for posting this! Youve got this, and anyone else reading this too. Things take time and it can be exciting and curious when something doesnt go according to plan, but even though the product isnt in your controll your process is. So much love. Treat yourself with the kind you would your sister or a son, but know no one is coming to tell you when to go for your dreams.

    hi! I also struggle with traumatic memory loss and it was really a hard process to actively recognize that but i’m still struggling with getting tasks done especially in anxious conditions as my brain just chooses to block everything and i’m in a state of survival the entire day and sometimes i don’t even realize i’m in fight mode. Do you perhaps use notion for these daily loggings? Could you perhaps share the template? Much love 💕
