Have you tried adjusting P14? It says it’s set to 12 amps by default and goes up to 20 amps. Higher Amps should give you more torque, and maybe higher top end ( if when you set the speed max to 100 which should be no limit ) I’m about to get the Q20 pro and am interested to know your results
I keep the setting for p14 at 20amp. Not sure if there really is a noticeable difference between default 12 and max20
@@neobynature good to know at least it didn’t burn up the controller set at 20 amps. 👍 Is there a voltage change setting? 72 v ?

Salut je viens d’en acheter un ! Mais j’ai un ami qui en a un depuis un mois et il ne fonctionne déjà plus le cadran ne s’allume pas. Donc j’ai peur que ça me fasse pareil j’hésite a le renverse tant qu’il fonctionne. En plus de ça j’ai vu une vidéo sur un gars à qui il est arrivé la même chose et un commentaire sur une vidéo ou pareil l’écran ne s’allume plus. Donc je voulais savoir si ton vélo fonctionne encore ? Et si il y’a des gens dans les commentaires pouvez vous le dire depuis combien de temps vous en avez un et si il fonctionne encore merci d’avance

How do I enable cruise control mine only goes to p16?

Hold down the down arrow
Holding down the down arrow at a stand-still will put it in Walk Mode and the bike starts rolling. I got mine to go faster, so this function goes half the speed of first gear, and for me that is 5.9 mph, which is Way too fast for a walking speed.. I'll try it while rolling to see if that turns on cruise control. 🤞🏼👊🏼
I believe P8 is were you unlock the top speed.
I believe if you change diameter of the wheel it goes 45

Changing wheel larger just makes the reading of mph higher for example wheel size 28inch and reads 45mph, but speed wont change and it will feel like your still going 30mph.
How do u remove the battery ?
Use the square shape key included with the bike to turn it counter-clockwise to unlock the mechanism on the battery itself. From there you pull the battery up towards the direction of the top tube/handbars, it does need some force to pop out
