In my right hand shoulder proximal humerus surgery done by ortho doctor and surgery done 6 weeks ago but till my hand frozen at grip and shoulder side I shall not properly raise my hand as same normal condition pl suggest me for the same with physiotherapy exersise and recovery time.. and when I will be drive whihicle and start my job ?

In this July i met accident and femur surgery I am not able to walk with quordripod walking stick

hi doctor..i had a distal femur operation last july 2024, but my doctor didn't advise me that i should take my therapy as soon as possible aug 2024 whole month i undergo wound care service..my first therapy is sep 25 and on oct 3 would be my 5th session my concern is my knees are still stiff i think its around 50 to 60 degrees is its possible that i can bend more...although its kind a late to go therapy procedures thank you..

Sir mera proximal humerus head facture tha, operation 31 August 2024 ko ho gaya, plate and 9 scrue daale hai,mera shoulder freez ho gaya hai,me physiotherapy doctor ke paas bhi ja raha hu,kya mera hand pehle jaisa ho jayega ? Abhi to lock hai shoulder,hand movements me.bhi dikkat aa rahi hai,,,kitne month lagenge sir recover hone me,,, please bataye 🙏

Hii sir,i got an femur right leg surgery on may 14th how many days to take for normal walking without limping.

Those are the same exercises my PT had me do a few weeks after my distal femur fracture.

Sir i had distal radius fracture and operation was done by using external fixator and k wire, after 6 week, external fixator and k wire was removed and now i can do fingers movement but wrist is still stiff, i can't do pronation and supination properly, also i have little swelling in distal radius position. Doctor suggested to apply hot bag in that area but many told me to use cold pack, can you guide me on this
