This is the wrong way and if you don't have strong shoulders and arms, you can break your neck. The balance is in your palms and fingers not in your legs and deffinitely not in your spine. Dangerous tutorial!
Actually no, it’s a very reasonable and safe tutorial for handstand. Anyone with eyes can understand that you have to have strong arms to support your body weight. I don’t need to spoon-feed that blatantly obvious fact. #2 no, the balance starts in the core and hip flexors. It’s literally the first thing you want to engage before balancing through the arms and fingertips. I’ve worked with MANY students in developing their technique with tremendous success and zero “neck breaks.” So thanks for you comment.

any tips for me who tried this but feels dizzy while doing handstand and after doing it?
Thats normal because your blood pressure isn't use to the inversion. After regular practice, in time, that dizziness will subside.
It looks so easy 😃😼 1 hour later: waaaaaaaaahhhhhh 😭😭😭😭😭 it's so hard I'm not flexible
Just practice step one over and over. It really helps the core muscles improve.

They will improve with time. Shoulders have to get use to bearing the load of the body.
while sitting: Yeah I can try this my brain: No, no you can't, you're gonna break your leg, back, neck and arm
Just do step one over and over, while standing. Stand super straight and feel the squeeze in your lower abdomen as you bring the leg up to hip level. Don't rest the leg, just hold it up there. It's a great exercise by itself.

So simple 😅 I know I haven’t put full effort. But I have been trying to master this now and then since I was 14 I am now 55. I think I will give it full effort now!
It's really a great way to understand your alignment and strength threshold. Trick is to not arch your spine which makes you feel super heavy.
You make it look really easy… lol
