If it doesnt fix when you try these fixes you need to put the cutscenes folder to replicatedstorage to make it load before the script runs because workspace parts take a moment to load and change the cutscene scripts workspace to game.ReplicatedStorage

i moved it to starter character and changed it to (5) and when i join it says skip and plays music but the player just spawns and there no cut scene

Do you know how to fix my character being frozen from moving after being killed? i set the cutscene freeze to true, so it works in that sense, but when i die by a npc, i cant move. any ideas?
