Cool Gospel Beginner Lick and run - #gospelkeyseasy #beginnerpianotutorial
Planning for a Christmas parade involves careful organization and attention to detail. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you plan a successful Christmas parade:
### 1. **Set Clear Objectives**
- **Theme:** Choose a theme that reflects the spirit of Christmas (e.g., Winter Wonderland, Santa’s Workshop, etc.).
- **Purpose:** Determine the parade's goal-whether it's a community celebration, charity event, or part of a larger festival.
### 2. **Create a Planning Committee**
- **Roles:** Assign specific roles, such as logistics coordinator, marketing manager, volunteer coordinator, and sponsorship manager.
- **Meetings:** Schedule regular meetings to track progress and ensure everyone is on the same page.
### 3. **Set a Budget**
- **Costs:** Consider costs for permits, floats, entertainment, security, costumes, and decorations.
- **Funding:** Look for sponsorships, donations, or grants to help fund the parade.
### 4. **Pick a Date and Location**
- **Date:** Choose a date well in advance, usually early to mid-December, when people are in the holiday spirit.
- **Route:** Map out the parade route and ensure it’s approved by local authorities. Consider crowd control and accessibility.
### 5. **Obtain Permits and Insurance**
- **Permits:** Check with your city’s local government for necessary permits, including road closures and noise ordinances.
- **Insurance:** Ensure you have liability insurance for the event to cover accidents or damages.
### 6. **Recruit Participants**
- **Floats:** Invite local businesses, schools, clubs, and organizations to enter floats.
- **Marching Bands and Performers:** Contact local schools, musicians, dancers, and performers to participate.
- **Costumed Characters:** Include people dressed as Christmas characters, such as Santa, elves, and reindeer.
### 7. **Arrange for Logistics and Safety**
- **Transportation:** Arrange transportation for float participants and performers.
- **Safety:** Coordinate with local police, fire departments, and paramedics. Ensure proper crowd barriers and first aid stations.
- **Volunteers:** Recruit volunteers for crowd control, staging, and general assistance.
### 8. **Promote the Parade**
- **Advertising:** Promote the parade through social media, local radio, newspapers, and flyers.
- **Community Engagement:** Involve the community by hosting contests for best float or costume, or encouraging local businesses to decorate their storefronts.
### 9. **Plan for Inclement Weather**
- **Backup Date:** Have a contingency plan for poor weather, such as rescheduling or moving to an indoor venue.
### 10. **On the Day of the Parade**
- **Staging Area:** Have a designated staging area for floats, bands, and performers to prepare.
- **Parade Announcers:** Station announcers along the parade route to provide commentary and engage the crowd.
- **Cleanup:** Arrange for a cleanup crew to follow the parade and ensure the area is left clean.
### 11. **Post-Parade Evaluation**
- **Feedback:** Gather feedback from participants, attendees, and organizers to improve for future parades.
- **Thank You Notes:** Send thank you notes to volunteers, sponsors, and participants.

Which better in your opinion for live performance in grand piano, rhodes and pads and bass sounds yamaha mx61 or ctk61? Thank you
In my opinion, I believe the ctk61 is better. I love the touch and the sounds are modern. Plus the CtK61 has drawbars for organ.
@OneCoolBrotha83 thank you 🙏 you know if i can change the output level or gain for each live set?
@@husseinkaraouni7822 yes its pretty simple. What software or gear are you using ?

Yeah man that’s the original Nord Grand. Nord Grand 2 isn’t out in stores yet
Thanks
That’s the Nord Grand 1! Missing the “2” on the logo at the right hand side
Lol 😆! I just realized that! Do you like the board ?
why do all the keys click loudly or so audible-ly? Didnt' hear a smooth piano play where i didn't hear the key's click unnaturally. Is that a usual Nord Grand 2 issue?
It could be... Great point
loud keys don’t like a piano
Elaborate on your above statement
Nice!
Thanks
