I watched your video all the way through. And everything you said resonates with my life. I was trading. Then i stopped and i thought it was scam. I finished my medical degree and have been working in a&e for 4 years im now considering giving up. Because its not for me. I started trading last October on the side and have beeb following signals. In my mid i thought what if the signals stop what fo i do. So i signed up to trading view and started doing my own journals and learning but so far im failing on my own. Your video inspired me now. When you have to keep affirming to people that Dubai is great when you secretly know it has no culture and its a docile wank hole. At least go live somewhere like south france, at least there’s girls there. 😂

i think it depends on the strategy you are trading. if you put your SL at a overall important level where the trade becomes invalid then no need for BE. But if you are a scalper or rely on quick breakouts then a BE makes very much sense imo.

for me personally in my experience in the data ive collected, around 65% of the time when price were to come back to my entry after leaving my entry in the direction i want it to by 10 pips, my trade will lose, so if price ever comes back to my entry i have the choice of cutting my trade at BE which will benefit me in the long run

breakeven rules are different from trader to trader. Most are ego based amd some are Drawdown based cus of long-trem participants.

i think you are absolutey right. Going breakeven is a concept of people that are really afraid of losing because at the end of the day even if you go breakeven and the market continues to pump in your direction, then it made no sense going BE. If it comes back and is still gathering more orders to push further and it takes you out at BE, then will you applaud yourself? so i think BE is utter BS
