Soyons vigilants, Soyons vigilants, Soyons vigilants.

What role do teachers play in improving education? Education is a relation between at least three elements. The teachers, the learners and the objects learned. One the key roles of teachers is to build the belt of transmission between these three elements How to design the learner so that he is able to learn. How can we design the object to be known so that it is accessible to the learner? The learner must be conceived as a sensitive whole, who deploys this sensitivity to perceive, that is to say, to hear, see and feel. Etc.

'In times of crisis, quality education offers hope and the chance of a future.' The sense is versatile as regards the crisis. For instance, South Sudanese have experienced crisis for decades in order to become independent nation, this experience hasn't prevented them to be actors of their own crisis post-independence. Therefore, as regards crisis and especially in Africa, there should be something that prevent the versality of the sense by maintaining it. For instance, if the South Sudanese have found something that kept in their minds the experience of the crisis, they have experienced to become independent, it may have helped them to prevent themselves to be the causes of the post-independence crisis. In this region of Africa, yesterday people have fled the Tigray's region of Ethiopia to refugee centers in Sudan where some South Sudanese who have fled South Sudan were. Now people from Sudan and others must flee Sudan to refugee camps. The African Union can imagine a day or days of remembrance across the continent where people are given the opportunities to review the sufferings caused by crisis and end the review by reminding people that these sufferings have been caused by Africans to their fellow Africans and that even if they can be manipulated, they can find the ways to prevent themselves from being the causes of sufferings..

The Convention of the Rights of the Child (CRC, 1989) applies to children under 18. It recognizes education as a legal right for every child on the basis of equal opportunity. Article 28 guarantees free compulsory primary education for all; progressive free secondary education that should any case be available and accessible to all; and accessibility to higher education on the basis of capacity. It includes the obligation of the state to take measures regarding school attendance and discipline. It encourages international cooperation in matters related to education, in particular, the elimination of ignorance and illiteracy and access to scientific and technical knowledge. Article 29 defines the aims of education and recognizes the liberty of parents to choose the kind of education they want to give to their children and the liberty to establish and direct educational institutions, in conformity with minimum standards laid down by the state.
