This tune is sooooo underrated! Wish it played more this season

❤🎉 Heard the tune the day after Crop Over when I decided it was safe to listen to the local radio as I was alone. Been out of the festivities this season. Truth is, the festival and its music have gotten a bit too wild for my senses. That tune repeatedly gave me goosebumps all over as I listened to it on replay waiting to pick up my impressionable charge. Knew right away, I was listening to one of the best tunes I have ever heard for Crop Over. The tuk tuk band / rhythm section is so very Bajan; yet, the composition (especially the background singers) is so on an international level. And the brilliantly rendered lyrics...clean, wholesome, inspirational...reminding me of the value of carpe diem and particularly a close friend gone much too soon a couple years ago who absolutely loved Crop Over. This could be my tune every year. If I had heard it earlier in the season, I would have been highly motivated to buy a costume and be on the road wuking up to it - 'muther Sally' style. My 10 year old DJ puts it on replay daily now as soon as she gets into the car from Camp. And unlike many tunes played on the radio, she doesn't have to point out how inappropriate it is for children to listen to or sing along. Good job Brucelee Almightee x Noize Boyz!
