I have Schizoaffective Disorder (Bipolar Type), and ADHD and deal with Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria a lot. I have voices, paranoia, and a lot of shame centered around self-worth. It gets better. I'm feeling a lot better. Mindfulness helps a ton. A lot of the suffering that happens occurs when we don't accept the good and bad regardless of how we feel. Self-compassion is amazing. Just notice when you're being mean and scolding yourself and take a moment to just breathe and question whether or not what you're practicing is helpful, or if it hinders you. Hopefully you keep fighting. Life is worth it when you make getting better at gratitude your number one cause. Cheers.
I'm not bi-polar but my PTSD and anxiety definitely swing back and forth over a long time span, I can be really functional and stuff for weeks and then be terrified of the world and people. Thanks for talking about it man, you are a dude, dude.
