Totoko also has a lost brother called Fighting Yowai (his real name is unknown) and he only appears in the 60s manga. I guess he is a parody by a professional boxer named Fighting Harada that unfortunately lost the match (like the 10th chapter) He is seen as a person resemblant to Osomatsu and he appears to be a boxer in one chapter but he became sick so the brothers took his place. And he tried to abandon the Yowai residence to become an independent adult despite the father being angry at him to not work in the fish shop and worrying Totoko. He then tried to live in Osomatsu's house but his heart become sad after hearing Matsuyo talking about his parents (I guess I don't remember) and he returns to his parents crying like a baby and saying how he misses his mom. It's unfortunate that Fighting doesn't appear anymore.

i dont usually cry at shows and movies but this episode made me cry like a baby

I have seen this episode four times. the message of the story goes strong and It Hits you emotionally. It makes you realize how done on the pass and how grief that affects you badly. I do admit, it also made shed a tear too. Your essay on this episode and how it handles the message was solid and you did an amazing job of it and I hope you are doing well too.

I'm three years late to this, but this show wasn't what I wanted when going into it. I thought it was more of a gag anime to make me laugh and while it does that, it had quickly become a comfort anime and something I often rewatch. I'm happy others love it, too.

Ive been watching the hell outta osomatsukun(88) and san. Its funny because i preferred kun because of iyami and chibita, really fresh that each episode can go anyway without knowing how itd play out. Thats how i feel since the show's old and ive gotten too used to modern shows having stories and arcs. I really like san now that ive finished season one and halfway thru season 2 rn

its so surprising to hear that chibita isnt popular :o even back when only season 1 was out, I thought he was a really great character
