Visiting Madness is my chance to share the inner workings of my mind. I am on a personal journey to recovery. I want to share my journey with others who struggle with addiction. I am an addict who is slowly unfolding why I consider myself an addict. Each video I will share a word that is helping me understand the madness that often times drives me to want to use alcohol and drugs.
Everyone has a path that has taken you to the present. The present that you are in may or may not be where you want to be in life, but if you are reading this you likely are looking for a new present. Whether it is a present state of mind, a present situation or a present place you are living. Addiction can lead you down a road to destructive behavior that can often times place you in a present situation that may lead to self harm, loneliness, loss of friends and family, joblessness, homelessness or even death.
Please allow me to be that voice of reason that can help.

Heyyy Bud... Ya still got it. You start and just let it out. It keeps it fresh and real. It's a 10 week program, but, recovery is a life time event or journey. Soooo, no pressure... Maybe over a weekend you could prepare a couple and get ahead of your utube schedule.. Take the heat off & continue to enjoy your flow... Seesya in class... Call me anytime if... I'm here!

Hello my friend... Your inspiration comes from a warm confronting unscripted heart. Your believable and real. I'm amazed at how comfortable you are and your keen sence of your topics... You just flow into the camera/Mike like you been rehearseing and doing it a long time... Like a pro does it. I have found that the VA has developed a lot of apps, I'm still searching and hopeful that someone at the VA can provide us with the list... So, far I downloaded the maindfull coach App and there is even a PTSD APP... I'm sure we can find some to supplement your 'words' of the day topics, and much more. The Play store...ask a topic and bam...free downloads. Thanks for your empathetic and altruistic heart. You don't give with your hand out. I can’t thank you enough for your kind words. These videos are my way of opening my own eyes to addiction. You have been an inspiration in group and all of your wise words are taken into my heart. I pray for you and your struggles and know that you will come out on the other side clean, sober and healthy. After you shared the apps I downloaded one and will download the others today.
