I can honestly say this product has been in constant use for cold and hot. The bigger the bag the longer the effect last. I’ve used it pressed between my back and sofa for back aches and it’s held up with pressure. I have arthritis and his has saved me a lot

Fortunately we have not gotton to that level yet. Our unit still works. Maybe because we only use it during the summer time and when bugs are annoying. I have not come across a manual for this product. Many products from China often don't come with instruction manuals. Good luck with the info hunt. Let us know if are able to trouble shoot the issue.

I can image for you guys its not well designed. I hardly use the product. I feel like I'm gonna cut my skin by accident using it or placing the blade.

@@RussoMutuc 186k miles... The 2 issues I watch for... 1. Check oil ever 1000 miles(they burn oil) 2. Run car at least once every 2 weeks(keep batteries hv and 12v auxiliary charged)

Sorry to hear that. It was an unboxing video which we didn't know what to expect. My wife tried to put it on and eventually she managed to get it. Not the most easiest to put on, till now I personally struggle with it. Those foam things, are useless, we ended up loosing them one by one. Perhaps a video that would help support this video is doing a follow up, after a year of using it.

We think so. My wife has tasted it...she says tastes ok. But we never drink it on a regular basis...no need just our toddler.

We only use it in the office during the summer months in Socal. So far it's done a decent job.

I have taken them across the country on shoots from humidity and blazing hot sun. I've cycled them to different systems - So far so good. I just wish there was a way to charge them faster.

Good question. We are not sure if you can buy them at hardware store. Ours still works and have yet to replace them.

Used cars can be tricky. 230K is pretty up there too. Was the vehicle taken cared of pretty well?

Totally agree! My 1995 Tacoma still runs at 325K miles. I've been pretty lucky so far with all the used vehicles I had purchased in the last 30 years. Go Toyota!

You are right! I goofed. I went online and it says its recommended to cover the around the headlights. Hopefully the wipe down after helped a bit.

Yeah the straps are really short. You can kinda of get a decent strap if you collapse using some of your body weight to press downwards

These units we noticed they work better if the area is a little darker.

This gear has been very useful on my end. It has traveled internationally as well. The only issue i have is what you mentioned. Packing it. The straps are short, one of them doesn't quite reach to close it properly. Almost all the straps start to twist. You really have to push down to get a decent amount to close them. But a very useful tool indeed. I has hauled heavy equipment.

I’m not sure if you were able to fix your problem, but if you adjust the wheels, turn them outward that seem to compact the wagon more
