    It isn't import CATIA part because you export it to .igs You should change your video name to how to import igs file or change your video to show openning .CATPart in Hypermill

      I m not sure, 2015 sounds a bit too earlier version to support CAM in solidworks, rest you can search it up on google

      No anurag, not at all. Try solving various questions from ncert or rd sharma. Online sources are good for help, unfortunately i am not able to post a lot of content because i am pursuing further education now, once this becomes habitual i will go back to posting videos

    How program can transfer to machine

      Through usb at individual level or at level of machine shop they connect directly from computer to machines through wire. Simply press G1 after selecting all the operations, it will create g code which will be a NC file which the cnc machines understand as a language. Save the nc file in usb or pen drive and use it directly in machine.

    thanks for the video I can see z0 is the face of the part. Do you set the groove tool on Z the same way you do the other tools? touching the face with groove insert and make that zero?

      If you mean in terms of mastercam , you just choose the desired toolpath for operation to take place, whereas in practical real life application, you can choose the other option too, but touching the part itself and setting depth to be 0 and hence controlling the distance to travel by yourself.

    Please explain the position of xyz axis direction in turning and its setting. Which is the axis fallow in turning like C plane T plane or wcs plane?

      In turning you are using D+ axis in top view to make wireframes and use them. C plane is contruction plane, where you make the wireframe and all. T is tool plane ( perpendicular to tool axis ). Wcs is work coordinate system. Your G54 when working with 3 axis part, could go from G54-G59 depending on setups and axis involved to produce part.

      Normally offset from one side and divide the length or width by 2. Eg. length = 30, offset from 1 side and enter 15

    d/dx c^x = c^x ln(c), not ln(x) Also, the one for sec^-1 only works for x positive (really for x >= 1). In general, the formula is 1/(|x|sqrt(x^2-1))

      True, it is mentioned as lnx but i might have said logx, instead of natural log x. Thanks for correction. Yes, it’s understood that for sec inverse x , as denominator cannot be 0, so it has to be a positive value.
