Words fail us Jeff. You are just absolutely awesome! Genuinely awesome! An absolute inspiration to us and to so many others. When we’re walking and feeling tired, or complaining about how hard something is, one of us will turn and say, “can you imagine how Jeff would just laugh at this…” A truly epic accomplishment.

Oh man, I admit I'm crying watching this. So beautiful, so grand, and I have at least an inkling of what it took to get to the end. Well done, friend. And I'm glad you had such good friends with you along the journey. Congrats to all of you!

Congrats on the long hike. a bit bummed you guys didn't choose to take some of the alternative trails around that last closure. Because that's part of the most beautiful part of the North Cascades. Many other hikers did not skip from Leavenworth up to Mazama or Stehikin. They just hiked the several alternative routes available that took them through some majestic passes and high alpine country.

Congratulations Jeff and Shoeless and all of the others that made it to the end of the trail! I've really enjoyed watching your hike through the beautiful wilderness. Just getting out tomorrow for a short hike in Sedona after a long time away from it due to my hubby's illness. We are back at it! Not big long hikes like you however. We will look forward to your next adventure. Be well!
