The joker in this scene is spot on, but the red hood is way off. At least, I think it is. I was under the impression that Red Hood was a ruthless killer, one who was fully aware of the fact that he did kill.

Between this movie and Under the Red Hood, I love how both the writers as well as John DiMaggio make the effort to distance this Joker from Mark Hamill's version. If anything, this Joker resembles Heath Ledger's version, but its not a copy of that, either.
