How do you start on a carrier? I have the carrier mod but can't find out how to depart on one, just land

I there are no aircraft carriers in this location anymore on steam. As of 2022 flights. I’m so bummed that there are literally no aircraft carriers in free flight mode. If you’re planning on purchasing mods with naval aircraft I would highly suggest you think otherwise says we can’t keep track of them in the old game. Flight sim 2020 has the George Bush aircraft carrier. And the creators will let you email a GL location that you would like to take off fly somewhere and come back. Oh you have to do is email them and they will do it in an update.

Also when you land do not flair because if you do you may scrape teh hook but you must be angled up buy 5 degrees from level so the hook won’t scrape. Being level will cause you to either miss the wires or be too low and crash.
