This is the most downplayed version of this play I have ever watched. Its supposed to be a comedy not forced melodrama. There is a reason why the set has to be a specific make so that it fits with the storyline and the jokes make sense. There are some key moments within the play that make it what it is but unfortunately, either they were not done or forcefully done. I love watching The Play That goes wrong but this was a letdown.

This is a brilliant production, especially for a high school. You guys are hilarious. "I said STAGE KISS Max. That one's on you."

Even though you couldn't get the set as in the original version of the play. I still find it fascinating. I love seeing you have the spirit of the characters, you'd be surprised how many other reproduce shows aren't as smooth with the timing of the jokes.
