Do you hold the clutch in when you start?
I have the same in a 23. When riding the choppy stuff do you feel any slight looseness in the steering assembly in the vertical direction? Seems normal to me but still wondering.
Sorry just getting back to you. Everything seems tight on steering in all conditions. Thanks for watching
You can easily aim/change the angle of the high beam with a screwdriver in the side of the housing. The high beam is so bright I like it focused higher. But I’m not driving in a forest
Thanks for the tip and sorry for just getting back to you.
How has this box held up been thinking about getting one for my atv
The box has held up great. Only thing to watch out for is were the lid attaches. Be sure all the clips are pressed into there places. Sorry for just getting back to you.
Nice vid. Hopefully getting my 23 trail this week.
Got Hooked on Enduro back in 73. First machine was a Yamaha 80.. Torque Induction, Fly street legal & Quick! Under $350. NEW! Amazing. Then moved up to the 125 Then 250... Eventualy... the 400 DT.. Back then it Was TWO Stroke Heaven! 65 now & my Eyes & Knees Are Shot. Gave up (Had to!) the bikes 3 yrs ago. NOW.... Just watch Videos! Id Highly Recomend a Movie that GOT Me Started back in the day It was Called On Any Sunday. Steve MCQUEEN. Malcom Smith,Rodger De Coster, these guys Were theee BEST of the Best. Those HUSQVARNA 400'S & 360'S?? SIMPLY INCREDIBLE Kiddies! Check em out. Ride on & God Bless😊
Thanks for the info and thanks for watching
Screen is part number Sj20144 my 2021 model only has one not two at least in the parts diagram. They are 40.00. Should be able to clean the screen.
Hi Lee. Thanks for the part #. There are two screens but they are the same type. One is for the feed line and one for the return line. Thanks for watching
Hey Mister very nice video. My wife thinks you are good to.
The bike has a 300 lb weight limit. Put a real mountain bike fork on it and it would make a great mountain bike on serious trails.
Thanks. I have thought about some FOX forks.
Best review for the XC model on UA-cam. Please drop the music and get a remote mike.
Thanks. I hear you and Im still figuring all this UA-cam stuff out
Hi there what tank is that U have on it I have a yzx 250 2 stroke. Can U tell me what tank that is where can I get that taken from I do alot of bush riding kind regards Cody
Hi. I believe that was an Acerbis Tank. You can get them from Rocky Mountain ATV in the U.S.
I use the winch quite often to make tree cutting safer. ua-cam.com/video/7jljVEF-lPs/v-deo.html
you change the units between metric and imperial by holding the "i" button on the left of the device
Nice one, thanks for sharing.
You can also use a rare earth magnet on the wrench to hold the nut.
Good idea. Thanks for watching
I had the same idea with the boat plugs to secure my DIY toolbox for my old Sportsman.
keep arms extended and head up for a wheelie.
Lol. Honestly the power caught me by surprise going up that incline. Thanks for watching
You forgot to mention the front arched A Arms
Thanks Greg. That is one of the reasons I got the Trail Edition. Thanks for watching
Do you know the part number on the pick up screens? I need that for my tractor but can't find the right one on google.
Hi David. You should be able to go on Deere.com and get that part # for your tractor. Sorry I don't have that on hand.
Hows the quad held up so far? I'm looking at a 2023. Same one.
Hi Tractor Toys. This quad has not given any problems what so ever. Couldn't be happier.
Thanks for the great review from down in New Zealand.
Your very welcome. Thanks for watching
Great video! Thanks for showing this model putting in some work. I am currently waiting on my 2023 trail 570 to come in and can't wait!
I'm sure your going to love your new ride. Thanks for watching
Great review ! Can you share the details on the handle bar you put on it , I like that’s it swings upward.
Hi Juan. The bar on bike during testing was a XLC brand bar with about 1 inch more rise to it than stock one. I have now returned to the stock bar as it is overall best suited for that bike cause the frame has an unusually high rise in front. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching.
Incredible review. Love the transitions. Thanks for the tip at the end.
Thanks for watching Joshua
Hi do you have to be peddling constantly on this or say you was going down a road/ path will it keep you at 20mph if you stopped peddling
Hi Steven. This bike requires you to pedal in order to get assist from the motor. It has no throttle of any kind. I hope this answers your question and thanks for watching.
Is it available in India?
Hi Paveesh. I believe you would need to check the Giant Bicycles website. Hope this helps and thanks for watching.
John Deere put a external fuel screen under the JD5525 tractor inline right out of the fuel tank supply hose. For some reason JD does not even trust its own fuel filter on the side of the engine. I bought my JD 5525 used and have to replace this screen about once a year. I put a inline on/off valve coming right out of the tank before the screen where I do not have to drain 26 gallons of diesel out of the tank. Tractor gets very few hours on it each year. Sad the way they could not solved the problem of having to drain the tank to clean these screens by just putting in a on/off valve before the screen.
That's good to know. Thanks for the info.
I just bought this bike and it's actually pretty good😊 But one question, is this Ebike waterproof? I had other Ebikes here that are not waterproof and are not allowed to be ridden during a rainy day or even winter season. So I'm curious if this Bike can be as different as the other ones I have🧐
I don't see anything on Giants website about this bikes water exposure capabilities. I would be wary of any ebike with water. Good question and thanks for watching.
Are the wheels and tires tubeless ready or compatible?I’m considering the Talon E+ and Specialized Turbo Tero 3.0. Thanks for making this video!
HI Arch. On Giant's site it states that you need the Tubeless System for that. I believe that is the tape for the rim. Hope this helps and thanks for watching
@@freestlyleenduro1013 I’ll check their website and see what I can find out about the tubeless system. Thanks for the reply!
Thanks for the insights on the DR350. They come in helpful. I was hoping the DR350 could handle some decent trails. I am considering trading my 92 CR125 for a 91 DR350. My CR is easy mode on the trails to be honest. However I want to explore a little bit and just take some back roads and just ride and get lost so I am considering trading. I am looking for some opinions. It is hard for me to let go of any of bikes but if I do I like to analyze the entire process. Take care.
Sorry just getting back to you. For trail riding the CR125 or YZ125 are great when geared lower for the hills and a little more torque. The DR will be better on roads for sure. I currently ride a Beta125RR Race Edition and it is to date my favorite go to for tight and hilly trail rides as well as open areas too. Hope this helps and thanks for watching
How many hours has she got?.is it reliable?
Its got around 2400 hours and it is the most reliable tractor I have ever owned so far. Thanks for watching
@@freestlyleenduro1013 thanks For the answer
Could you post details (mfg, model number) on the gel seat and seat post you installed on the XC?
Hi Tom sorry just getting back to you. The seat post is the SR Suntour NCX suspension seat post. The seat is ERG Memory and was purchased at Academy Sports. Let me know if you have any other questions and thanks for watching.
I’d be interested to hear thoughts after a few miles of ownership. Issues of any kind and customer service from Giant
Hi Gee. There will be an update video coming up with a few hundred miles on it. Thanks for watching
I have 2700 km on my 2022 talon e+ and no complaints 🤞🏽
Is this the 2020 model, your battery is 400 and the current bike starts at 500. The current motor is 70nm not 50nm. Good to hear it's still good though.
Hi Chris. This bike is a 2022 U.S. model. The motor in these is the Yamaha SyncDrive Core with 50Nm. The battery is the EnergyPak 400WH. It would be nice if it did have the specs that you claim though. Those specs you stated are the one's for the Giant Stance E+ 2 U.S. model. Thanks for watching.
Can you give info on the storage bag you have
@@freestlyleenduro1013 Funny. I bought mine in Canada in 2022 and it has 50nm and a 500 wh battery! Really enjoy riding it 👍🏽
Nice review
Hi Dave. Glad you liked it. Will be posting an update soon with several hundred miles on it.
Thank you. Very useful information 👍🇺🇸🚜...
No problem 👍
My biggest problem and reason not to buy any rid1up bikes is because they only have small 27.5 wheels. 29 or nothing for me.
The Prodigy with 29's would be on a whole new level for sure.
@@freestlyleenduro1013 oh my friend, I've been browsing the interweb for days! I've checked out dozens of companies but none offer sub 2500$ half decent ebikes with 29 wheels and suspension forks :/ do you know of any?
The closest 29 to $2500 is the Giant Talon e+3. It is $2800 with Yamaha 50NM motor. I just did a review on it. You should check it out. It's really a good bike. Hope this helps.
@@freestlyleenduro1013 thanks for the reply. I've actually just found a 29er eMTB hardtail with front suspension from schwinn of all companies... 250w 40-45miles range for 1500. Giant makes good bikes, still with tax that would be 3k$... Oh God why do they have to be so expensive? You can buy a Honda Accord for that!! Lol
I looked at those as well. Seem to be pretty solid bikes. Enjoy
Thanks for the video, my 5075 was doing exactly what you described, I was at my wits end.. This was the fix!!
Hi Neal. Glad it got you back up and going. Thanks for watching.
How tall are you and how is the standover for the bike?
Hi David. I am 5'8'' and a 32'' inseam. The standover is very tall so I have to lean the bike sideways a little when stopped. Hope that helps.
@@freestlyleenduro1013 what size frame is that?
WHAT HAPPENS IF WATER ENTERS YOUR MUFFLER?
Hi Mark. I always put a plug in the muffler when washing. Thanks for the question and thanks for watching.
I think the kill switch gets shorted with water
Hi Michael. Thanks for the tip and thanks for watching.
Part number for screens?
Hi Carl. I never had to replace the screens. I always clean them. So sorry I don't have that info. Your John Deere dealer will have that info for you. Thanks for watching.
Awesome great video, your video and riding made me smile, i would love to have xr 650 l
Hi Israr. Glad you enjoyed the video and please don't forget to subscribe. Thanks for watching.
After all the bikes I have had in 40 years of gncc woods racing and riding , some of which now seem unattainable and near collectors items on used market ,a xr 600 and a 650l still reside in my shop currently . XR's really are somthing that can span multi generations. From the 50cc mini to the 650 they are just somthing that laid the foundation for the "Honda reliability" reputation to rest apon a reputation that no other manufacturer could touch for many many years!
I totally agree. Thanks for the comment and thanks for watching.
This has been my first true dirt bike and it’s been a blast. Gives me the confidence to tractor over anything. Easy to ride but still a hoot on more challenging single track. Great video
Hi Dustin. I can say you made the right choice. Since owning big dual sport bikes and street bikes this TW is my all time go to bike. Thanks for watching.
great video, podrías indicarme como tienes configurado el rebote y compresión tanto en el shock como en los fork
Hi Andres. I go with the softest setting for regular trail riding and for a race pace I go with the stock setting in manual Those work best for me. Hope this answers your question and thanks for watching.
I had a 2005 klr, traded for an 06 Harley, fastfoward to 2019 got a new xr650. Had all intentions of leaving it stock🤦🤦🤦 Regardless😁 love this thing!
sick quad!
Thanks and Thanks for watching.
What twist throttle did you put on it and where can I get one? TKS
Hi Avery. Its the Koplin ATV Handy Twist Throttle. I got mine on E-Bay. Thanks for watching
how's that thing holdin up for ya so far ? any problems out of it yet ?
The quad and the tool box are holding up great with more aggressive riding since this video. I see no issues with the power steering like reported in other posts. This setup Polaris went with is perfect for the woods riding. Thanks for watching.
