The food is dramatic! No 5 stars, but 1 star for the restaurant. How can you say it is oké? I have never seen such a poor diner buffet at an resort or in a hotel. Every day rice, potato, pasta, 1 meat and 1 fish. For people coming half an hour later... No food for them. Breakfast is oké. But every day the same. Beware of the water bottles with the cork. The corkes are full of black mold. There is no cleaning in the restaurant. Dirty toilets, filthy and greasy Windows, sticky tables and crows stealing food from the tables. Every morning the pool area is full of glasses@@Destinationwithme

Restaurants are closed, kids area closed, dancing bar closed, second pool at the restaurants half full of water..closed, watersports closed, furniture around the pool and beaches with filthy cushions and mostly without cushions, glass bottles and glasses everywhere for days. You have never been to an other resort in the Maldives if you think that this is oké?! The only great thing at this island are the beaches (use watershoes) and the stunning reef.

@ Thank you for your comment. I understand your disappointment, and I’m sorry to hear about your experience on the island. When I was there, I had a slightly different experience. The pool was open, the dive school was operating as usual, and I even booked several excursions during my stay. Kayaks were available for rent, and I believe paddleboarding was as well. I only tried the all-inclusive restaurant, and I do agree that it falls short of the expectations for a five-star resort. However, like you mentioned, I haven’t stayed at any other resorts in the Maldives, so I can’t compare. As for the room, I didn’t encounter any issues. Everything was well-maintained, the staff was attentive, and overall, it was clean and well-kept. I’d say the weakest point for me was also the food, which could definitely be improved. I hope your feedback helps the management take steps to improve the experience for future guests.

Early June is usually quieter compared to July, as the peak tourist season tends to ramp up later in the summer. However, it’s still a popular time for visitors because of the midnight sun, so you might encounter some traffic, but nothing overwhelming.
