Yes, many people start by getting their own warehouse to prep their goods. then they feel that they have too much space, and maybe some free time, so they decide to get into prepping for others.

Both! Sometimes you're just searching for [insert category] + wholesale. Sometimes you might see a particular brand that looks good. You can then reach out to the brand and ask them to either purchase directly from them, or for a list of their trusted distributors (Which could give you access to many more products).

@@theremoteseller Gotcha yes this is the method I have been attampting, unfortunately. I have been doing this for quite some time sending tons of emails , calling tons of brands attempting to open tons of supplier accounts and if I am lucky enough to open any their pricing is either too high or they dont have any worthy products with FBA sellers. Is there any tips , or is it supposed to be this difficult. been at it for alot of months now and so far have yet to even open 1 worthy wholesale account and place any wholesale orders

Landing good suppliers is usually one of the hardest parts of this business. I can say I have easily contacted 1500-2000 suppliers, and gone through a couple hundred supplier pricelists before I found some good ones. The first thing you need to establish from a supplier is if they have products that sell in high volume. Following that, you need to see their prices. If there is a huge loss on all their products, it is hard to ask for a big enough discount to turn their products profitable, but if there is a small profit, or maybe a tiny, close to break even loss, that might be reason enough for you to go in deeper with this supplier and try to negotiate for discounts. @papaflo5824 hey, because there are some listings that might be unavailable to you (gated or restricted), you should be creating the listings in your inventory before you purchase. When they're approved, go ahead and buy the inventory. Each prep centre operates differently, so they'll have their own method of creating the shipment plan and getting the stuff to amazon. If you are doing wholesale, you won't have to worry about sales tax in Utah, or anywhere for that matter. If you are doing Online Arbitrage (Purchasing Retail) you will have to pay the state's regular sales tax on all purchased items, which in Utah, is 6.1%.

Hey, thanks for subscribing! You have to find a supplier/distributor/wholesaler and open an account with them. They usually have Excel price lists.
