Very overrated , property not maintained , Visited July 24 , Hot water was not coming, Door lock was broken, pool was dirty, Jacuzzi is there just for show purpose. Charged 9000+ GST which is very expensive for this type of service.

@@PoonamPawarVlog it was just awesome, felt better than Goa. Beaches are clean , lonely and non commercialised , unlike the untidy Juhu . The best part of Kohinoor Samudra is its location facing Bhatye beach. Ratnagiri is a small sleepy town , it's really a nice place. Ganpatipule is 1 hr drive from the hotel.

200 entry isnt that little too much
Some part of the amount goes to the govt and some part to the locals but the safety, cleanliness that it offers worth appreciating. Also due to the season it is hiked otherwise heard they charge less
