Roger Tiley is a documentary photographer. His work over the past thirty years has been published and exhibited internationally. This short film records Roger talking about his 'Thirty Years Ago' project, re visiting former coal miners he photographed in the 1980s.
So ridiculous economics theory is in the textbooks! That is why in Bangladesh Dr Younus the Nobel prize Winner in Economics, came up with the idea of Microfinance. That reduced rural poverty and improved living standards. I wonder why Thatcherism never reached or changed Wales?
