What is cool is the lightweight design approach utilized by this team. Simple, to the point, and fast! The key is to keep producing, modifying, and upgrading!

My inner spock hopes that one day Humanity would explore the ice moons of Jupiter and Saturn and these vehicles would show us the way on the ground!

Is everybody a " lead"? Your tweels need to be much wider to reduce ground pressures. You need at least 6 or 8 tweels meaning three to four axles to move on Martian terrain, due to varying soft sand and rocky terrain. I am designing robotic systems with certain similarities for clearing mines and IED's in legacy battlefields. We are using extremely low ground pressure robotic vehicles. [ less than 2 kilo's per sq/meter]. Great group of students.

How do you go about attaching the hoverboard hub motor to the balloon wheels?

Hi, I was wondering where can I get more info about the science mission and which tests did you performed in order to detect the exant extint or absence of life.

Double lambda locomotion mechanism is cool it seems to work well.

ok gents the goal of rocker bogie is to keep the chassis level that is missing in this design

Doubt -why most of the rovers have stopped using rocker-boogie suspension???

this is not true many teams still use them Stanford keeps innovating their designs each year

Great 👌👌🔥have a constructive suggestions ,braided wires should be used as the copper wires used are prone to breakage and due to magnetic interference the copper wire will result in loss of signal and also weight balance should be looked

I'm part of the BYU Mars Rover team (took 10th last year). I'm fascinated with your suspension design. Is this original? Excited to hopefully meet some of you guys at this years compeition. If we both get in that is! Cheers!
