Removal of Honda Civic covers. Saw a video of someone using a drywall taping knife. I had extra taping knives, and it is awesome how easy it is to remove the cover without warping it.

How to fitting this machine
the red one fits me just fine. I'm about 6 feet tall and around 230 lbs. I'm still happy with the APB Blast ab roller- the red. the other ab roller elbow pads have unglued themselves at this point lol
So obvious you got paid to do the red one. Quite disingenuous review!
