Hi everyone - Sadly, this type of promotional video rarely works on UA-cam and can work against you (I used to produce them). Alisa - you come across really well and appear very comfortable and genuine in front of the camera (not an easy thing to do). I would very much enjoy watching you run through tours of selected properties (providing emotional/aspirational details about the property), or maybe sharing some interesting research into the market, or how such a property could be financed (something that's beneficial). This kind of video can work on some platforms, maybe as a calling card on something like LinkedIn or your website (host the video on something like Vimeo). One last thing - really good production (internally), the audio (super important) and lighting is spot on (the outside videos, aren't quite there - but I'm being a bit picky). Regardless, it's not easy stepping into the arena to do what you've done (you should be genuinely proud of yourself), and you guys did a great job. I wish you all the best and hope to see you all again.
