More like live your life to the best of your ability and don't worry about eternity because it doesn't matter what religion you are or what you believe. Eternity isn't up to you or anyone.
Most scholars now agree that Moses never existed and even had he existed, he didn't lead anyone to any other land. The real estate claimed to be the Promised Land was still in Egyptian control in the entire time period that is posited for the Exodus. Which also didn't happen at the scale described in the bible. There are ZERO finds from any garbage dumps or anything that shows that a million or two people hung out in the Negev for 40 years. NONE.
