I feel this whole heartedly, coming from a rather traumatic upbringing, ive always been the rock of my family and have very good active listening skills, and problem solving skills because of it! Another thing that I think is interesting is people dont listen to understand, they listen to react, hence why most people interrupt frequently, they dont care what you have to say they care about specific key words in what you are saying so they dont get the whole message! We need more videos like this :) Edit: fixed my horrible spelling ;P
