kind of tough to call it a macropad when you cant even set your own custom macros
I wanted to sass you, but you make a good point lol. Do you own one of these as reference? So there are four layers of custom assignment you can set through the software - or are you speaking specifically about _actual_ macro creation that can then be assigned to a key? I saw a software walkthrough but didn't notice if it's just key mapping or includes macro creation.

I have one. It's extremely well built but with the plethora of touch screen aida64 type monitors this thing is comparatively useless. It needs custom themes and a ton more apps and uses to be worth the price tag.
