It is soft but tyres don't touch fender...maruti suspension are hard and body is light, you feel every small small path holes ,rumbles of the road sitting in cabin....all cars have positive and negative..Kabhi Hyundai chalana, maruti hath nehi lagaoge...mauti is known for milega because of it's ultra light body otherwise nobody buys maruti..you are driving most unsafe car.. It's basically a alto with high ground clearance..
