@@crumbocrumbo6814 After a bit of research, it is caused possibly by old tea leaf fines that accidently get attached to the SCOBY and eventually go bad/rotten/moldy. Or maybe not cleaning good enough. But I now triple filter my tea so no grindings are left behind

@@resleone6609 Too many to chose from! The basics: Dj Godfather, Dj Assault, Dj Funk, Dj Nasty, Dj Maaco...WaxTaxnDre has a weekly show on Twitch. Also, a few classic record labels: DataBass, Direct Beat, Submerge, Dance Mania. That should be a good start.

Do you reuse the liquid when you start a new batch?

@@bryanturk4354 yes.....you keep some plain kombucha in the SCOBY hotel and use 2 cups of it for each gallon batch to get the kombucha started
