Ingredients for the chocolate dough:
- Melted butter: 50 G
- Sugar: 150 G
- Dark chocolate: 60 G
- Vegetable oil: 25 ml
- Egg: 2 PCs
- Vanilla: 1 TSP
- Yogurt: 125 G
- Flour: 150 G
- Cacao powder: 35 G
- Baking powder: 1/2 TSP
- Salt: 1/4 TSP
Ingredients for the cheese dough:
- Mascarpone cheese: 160 G
- Sugar: 40 G
- Egg: 1 Pc
- Vanilla: 1 TSP
Ingredients for the topper:
- Some Almond flakes
▶️Equipment:
- Suitable bowls
- Silicone Spatula
- Piping Bags
- Muffin Liners
- Parchment Paper
- Rolling pin
- A Whisk tool
- A Sieve tool
▶️ Instruction:
- First, Prepare the chocolate dough with the relevant ingredients
- Then, Make the cheese dough with the relevant ingredients
- Pump both into muffin liner capsules
- Put some Almond flakes on them
- Bake for 25 minutes at 170 °C or 340°F
