how about using a rod vise and torque to spec and use an arnold gauge for crying out loud, snap gauges are not accurate enough

Before measuring the ovality of the end, the lower shell should be tightened as per the makers instructed torque.

Worst way to install the injector. No evacuation. No cleaning of the bore. You don’t go back and forth tightening the hold down bolts. You tighten the exhaust side first until it’s seated then torque the inlet side.

Looks easy when you take off the lower cover. Was hoping to see you do it with that on
