I bought the iX4 secondhand. iscooterglobal refused to provide any support (just help information, not a warranty claim) without the original invoice number. They claim to need this but if that was the case the scooters would have serial numbers. In short there is bugger all aftersales support.

What kind of seat is that?

I purchased an ix6 for myself and an ix4 for my daughter….both are absolutely brilliant with no issues at all. Both came with pneumatic tires with inner tubes which was great as I didn’t want the honeycomb tires on her ix4…both are well built and the ride is really smooth. Excellent purchases!!

Leider nur etwa max 800W Peakleistung und keine versprochenen 1200, die Federung ist knüppelhart, auf Schotter (bergauf) und an langen starken Steigungen (alle, die keine Steigungen über 15% haben, halten jetzt mal bitte die Finger still!) überhitzt er schnell obwohl er eigentlich stark genug wäre, was zu einer minutenlangen Zwangspause führt und sehr nervig ist. Die Reichweite ist mit 50+ km (vergesst die 80-100!) im Sommer und nicht zu vielen Steigungen bei 80 kg wirklich gut, genauso wie die Bremsen und das sonstige Fahrgefühl. Für unter 800 oder gar 700 Euro kein schlechter Deal...
