I have always been a Bananarama fan and a Sarah have always been my absolute fav Nana. But still, every time I hear them performing live their old hits, I miss so much the deep voice of Siobhan and Jacqui. The harmonies of these pop songs just need a third low bass voice, but Bananarama have always been against the idea of a third girl joining them. On the other hand I am so happy to see the girls still rocking the stage and keeping their pop legacy pretty much alive!

What a very strange performance / video. Am I the only one that noticed that half the time we see the band on stage, Lee is not there...but he was clearly there as we see him sing his lead vocal and several other times during their performance. However, more often that not, when the band is seen on stage, he is nowhere to be seen...bizarre...

Sony brought him in and I interviewed Christian in person on (community) radio in the late 1990's when You Got Me came out :D I still have the original promo stabs I recorded that were used on air in which he says he is on the radio station hanging out with me the presenter by dj name, finishing with things like "stay awake" etc :D I wonder if he would like copies of them.. He surely found out that I stuffed up and had the channel button off for the whole interview when it never appeared on air oo The stabs were the only thing that got recorded (to cassette). I was quite young and inexperienced but happy I met the "super flash" and cool guy. I still have the complimentary You Got Me CD single and cardboard CD cover Sony gave me :D
