Next time your mum start saying horrible things. Just count to 3 and then as soon as you hit number three, just say whatever you need to say. or you could just not say single thing and then once she’s done ask her why she was still going on if you were just sitting there being quiet the whole time and then it will puzzle her. I hope this helps.❤

To be honest, you did absolutely amazing and that situation and doing your best as well that you need to do. You don’t need to listen to all of this negative energy around you because it will only make things worse. I’m a rider myself and if you need to talk, I’m always here to be honest. If I was in that situation I would’ve honestly yelled at the instructor and probably my mum because I’m the type of person that will always stand up for what’s right even if I stand alone and I would honestly, tell them that I’m doing my best and if they don’t like that well then that’s their problem because I’m gonna be trying my best every single day if they have a problem, then they should leave the barn although that was a bit traumatising for you you did absolutely amazing the situation. I understand you didn’t stick up for yourself because you would’ve been in a bit of shock but you did absolutely amazing and if you need to talk I’m always here.❤️
