Polish metal/goth/folk/country scene is f lit! I'm an old fckr and a bit out of touch but yeah! Poland is very into hard vibes, is stronk and can git into space! :D

I discovered this band on Myspace back in 2007 and they have been one of my favorites ever since. Being American i have no clue what the songs are about, but damn is it fucking awesome.

You were very closely to the sense! She sings that she’s been looking for a girl (most likely it’s a girl, there are a lot of hints in Zemfira’s life about it), or for a boy of her dream, she sings how much she wanted to find this person… and finally she HAS FOUND this woman or man! And she is crazy about it. She loves it a lot. She’s really happy, she’s really keen on this happening. Well, for me, there are also a lot of metaphors in Zemfira’s lyrics in every single song. And even if you speak Russian, you may not catch what she minded hehe… Well, the beauty is in it. You can interpret her words as you want, as you feel, you can overlay them on your life and realise that yes, it matches perfectly! She’s wonderful. And I agree with previous commentators, she had changed, and the proof is her last album “borderline”. Also her last release “colette” is breath-taking too. It’s so great to meet such a video :) thanks for listening to her, glad to see your reaction. Sorry for my bad English, by the way :-)

I can relate so much to this song. I lost my father because he was an alcoholic and died because of it, and he was not there for me.

I mean, he's technically keeping the same meaning but he's not using the same phrasing and words. For example; in the chorus he says "The Nazis march" as opposed to "The German army march"

The band calls the genre "hutsul-metal" because of ethnic motives, but it's barely noticeable in this particular song. You could check out some of their older songs from late 2010th to pick it up. Quick note: hutsul - carpathian highlander.

Even now Russia takes more then 50% of Europe. That's Just Geography. In times of Russian Empire territory was not less then at soviet times. Just as a fact :) now Russia is much smaller, but never the less still big. Don't know why writing this😅
