hey i build an oldschool deck with cards from SDY to DCR with own ban list and some extra rules.... play this ,,format,, 1 hour with friend ..was much fun

back when ygo has interaction between players and you dont play with your own 10 min long.....

I found that Cyber Jar works super well with these kind of strats. Everything you play is summoned under it so you gain massive field presence and if not you get hand advantage.

Card of sanctity and Gren Maju Da Eiza are unironically good in this. I have been labbing something similar and the testing version took out a chaos turbo deck. I suggest also using at least 1 of each D.D. Survivor and Scout Plane and maybe a Skull Lair. Other people are suggesting using Chaos End and they're absolutely right, I was completely underestimating how easy it would be to banish your own cards but it turns out it's super easy. I wouldn't want to play three but it's absolutely just Dark Hole for you. Since I'm using 0 battletraps, Nobleman of Extermination is SUPREME backrow removal and 4 copies of mst.

fiber jar is perfect if it's limited 1 in the list you're playing with. I dont see why magician of faith is better than Banisher + soul release tho. They're always just gonna run into your mag and put it in the graveyard

Hey Sam, im not sure if you still play this deck but I was thinking maybe you could consider playing Marauding Captain? Since we play ROTA its searchable and lets you Special Summon Banisher of the Light in face-up defense position. Not only do we have Banisher quicker face-up that way but also we won’t allow our opponent to make a play before attacking into it. Also we don’t risk it getting crossed out but I am not sure if thats really a big deal in this deck lol. Great profile!❤

Since Exarion is no longer part of the format, he can be replaced by Enraged Battle Ox. Some other options: King Tiger Wanghu: Imo, preventing the four little annoying fuzzballs from getting on the field in the first place is more important than piercing them and KTW does exactly that. It also kills other pests like Tsukuyomi (though I think Tsukuyomi still gets its effect off before getting nuked), Spirit Reaper and most Burn monsters. D.D. Crazy Beast: While not the most powerful beast, his 14/14 statline is still quite respectable and can't be killed by Tsukuyomi. Banishing Sangan and recruiters is a HUGE momentum swinger. Gaia Power: The average Goat/Chaos deck runs little to no Earth monsters so everything stays one sided. Berserk Gorilla can now take out Jinzo and Chaos Sorcerer. EBO is a 2200 piercer. D.D. Crazy Beast is now big enough to run over your typical smaller Control monsters. Light of Intervention: With aggro decks, it's not the faceup monsters you're worried about; usually a field or equipment spell is enough to solve that problem. No, it's the facedown monsters that give it fits and LOI solves that problem. Prevents any Tsukuyomi and Book of Moon shenanigans. Magician of Faith can't recycle Pot/Graceful. Your opponent can't make a comeback with Morphing or Cyber Jar.

Well I no long have demention fusion, so I'll play Grenasaur. Free special summon tribute it for my dragon and clear the field.

LOL, a 38-card main deck and a 14-card side deck? I do like this deck, and I built it on Duelingbook. I added two Upstart Goblin to the main deck to make it legal, added a third Giant Trunade to the side deck to make that legal as well.

Wasn't convinced at first but I see where you're going. Soul realease is definitely more consistent than chaos monsters to feed the banish pile. I like the brain/mind control package also. 3 spell reproduction seem ballsy but it could work. Only thing I would change if I were to play it is change a sacred crane for a cyber stein. I know that it conflict with dimension fusion but not "really". You wanna play the combo early anyway. I think it would make the deck even more consistent. Right now it's biggest problem is people calling level 4. And a lot of persons still do it. 50% chance of hitting the right number on reasoning feels like a lot.

I’ve been messing around with variations of this deck since your original upload, and I’ve seen good results. Soul release is a big innovation here; it makes the combo considerably more resilient, especially if the opponent calls reasoning correctly. I do have to admit though, I’ve lost more than a few games by deck out after milling crane on the bottom of the deck. 😂
