The MCC, Edinburgh trial 2024, Ian Mackman Honda CRF 250. Long distance overnight observed trial.
A vlog of my experience on the 2024 The Motorcycling Club's, Edinburgh Trial. A 15 hour, 185 mile, long distance trial around the Peak district on a Honda CRF250L, Navigation, special timed tests, observed sections. Starting at 11pm and riding through the night to finish at 3pm.

Ian Mackman, folds the front into Cascades during a track session at Oulton park. The TZ 250 Yamaha wasn't badly damaged. With some gaffer tape, hopes and tears it was back out later that day.

A riders view of the 100th running of the lands end long distance trial. Starting from Cirencester and finishing near st Agnes in Cornwall 22 hours later. Road navigation, observed sections and some timed tests. On-board with Ian Mackman, a former Isle of Man TT racer, who competed in this event as a newcomer. A thoroughly enjoyable experience and challenge, he will certainly be back for more! ...

Welcome. What battery is there? What engine power?
suspension looks well tuned for a trials bike, awesome standing torque, I like it lots, be great on hills...what batteries do you use? Quick charging would be great, LiFePO4 cells?
