Hi Carolyn: Thanks for watching and commenting! I definitely plan to keep using the LRP this year. It took me awhile to decide whether to purchase another hard copy of the digital one for this year. I decided to go with the other hard copy design from last year rather than customizing one myself. Stay tuned for new content about how I'm using my new version for the summer.

I will say that I would love to see even a half filled in version or maybe a redacted version of a previous week.

Hi Rachel, thanks for watching and commenting! My two favorite pens to use in my planners are the Sharpie S-Gel pens and the Pentel EnerGel pens. I also use the PaperMate InkJoy gel pens when I want a pop of color on the page.

Hi Carolyn, thanks for watching and commenting! There are so many options and possibilities with customizing the LRP formats to fit your personal planning needs but you do have to be creative with ideas. I also don't use the personal finance pages because I have the Budget by Paycheck workbook. I'm playing around with ideas for tracking my gardening/hobby activities on these pages. If it works out, I'll post another video soon with ideas for customizing those pages as well for different purposes.

@@Happiness_Heals My ideas for 2nd page of personal planning section: use the 3 boxes at the top for my top 3 priorities for the week; housework section as a daily gratitude list for the week, work to do list for scripture or motivational quote focus for the week; the personal to do list for prayer list and bottom of the page will be decorated with washi tape. I’m ok with most of the first page of personal planning except the 3rd column for shopping list will be covered with decorative sticker; washi tape on bottom to cover 2 rows of habit tracker & important reminders (maybe) will be any recipes I want to try for the week. Next step is to work on redefining the personal finance section. I’ll work on that tomorrow. Thanks again.

Hi Michelle, I always start my weekly spreads on Monday to run through Sunday (because I like keeping my weekend days together). I'll include date dots for the prior month to cover Monday and Tuesday and still start my month on the actual day it starts. A creative way (but not essential) to show this monthly transition is to use two different colored stickers or markers/pens for your dates at the top of the page (hoping that makes sense). The other thing to consider is which monthly section to include the weekly spread since it covers two months. Personally, I would start this weekly spread in the section of the new month, not the old one. This is typically the layout in predated planners and it keeps things simple. I hope that wasn't too confusing and answered your question.

Hi Boss Mama (love the name BTW), thanks for watching and subscribing! I can't tell you how wonderful it feels going back to the nail salon again. I was on the 'struggle bus for real' throughout last year without it. I'm a planner at heart with all things so I enjoy adding stickers and decor to virtually everything to keep me motivated. However, function should always be the priority. Looking forward to checking out your channel as well for some great ideas!
