Hi there, I can only tell you about Ontario, Canada, different provinces have different rules and policies. Here you need to go to esthetics school and complete 1000 hour course. Then you get certified/licensed to practice from home or you can then work in a salon and gain experience. Hair salon and beauty salon have different licensing requirements. Hope that helps!

I get my professional lash lift & tint and Brow lami & Tint products from the brands called The Lash Shop and the The Brow Shop, overall it’s one company and there are many products that can be used for both the services. Lash lift and tint is safe if done properly. The lifting and setting lotions are supposed to stay on the lashes only. Some people have over sensitive eyes, so they may get red or watery but that does get better very quickly(in 5-10min) Thanks for watching🙏

Hi Sahar! I am an esthetician and I could only tell you about what I needed to do. So I had a certificate from India and an experience letter too. Working here on the basis of Indian certification was not possible or I should say it’s not safe bcz your business can be reported. So here, i needed to complete 1000 hours in the aesthetics school in order to get a certificate/license. Now for you as a nail artist, I am not sure about what exactly you need to practice it from home but you would definitely need a certification from a Canadian approved nail school.

Hi Geeta! I was in the same situation as you. Aa long as you are doing it on your very near and dear ones, it’s fine but once you plan to continue it professionally, you definitely need a license/diploma. If you can get an experience letter from India, that might help you in the school here. Doing it without a diploma is too risky here, so I would suggest not to take a chance. Hope it helps! Hi! I will soon make a video on this topic but for now I can tell you that you need to go to a beauty school here in Canada to get a diploma/license. And if you’re working without a license, and someone complains against you, then it might get risky for you.
