Great info! I don't think many agents talk about this and only focus on a mortgage payment but not all the other fees that goes into a house.

I’m amazed how many people that have a family that live in a home with children, their husband works in CA, as they get paid double. He wife stays here. They fly back and forth. Crazy. I am glad I am a retired person here.

When i sold my home to the buyer. They wanted my fridge, washer and dryer. I gladly gave it to them as no additional cost, and then when the inspection came around, they inspected the quality of dryer and said it was to loud and wanted me to fix it. Be careful sellers. What you add to contract can be used against you. 😊 Informative video. Thanks
That is a great point. Thank you for the comment @vegasminimansion! Personal property such as the washer, dryer and refrigerator are sold AS IS per the purchase agreement terms. However everything is negotiable and a buyer may request repairs. Thanks!

Is it hard to buy a condo as a single person? Some places only sell to married couples but I want to buy a place
Thanks for the question. It is not hard to buy as a single person and I have lots of single clients. It really just depends on your income. I recommend starting by talking to a lender. My sister lives in Reno and it is a great city. Henderson is very comparable with the same small town feel!
Henderson has been growing a lot and love how even the restaurant or food business is growing in that area.
