Bought a new Suvastika inverter and on the same day it malfunctioned. They have no proper support channel and there is no proper mail or sms communication. Even the complaint number is told to you verbally. And on top of this their support staff misbehaves and waste your time. Even after escalating the complaint it took them one more week and in total 2 weeks to replace the faulty battery. While giving the replacement i was asked to get the new battery installed by myself which was again very disappointing. Anyone reading this comment should think while buying their product as just the product with pathetic after sales service is no good.
