Peg & Guy Rope’s Adventures
Australia
Приєднався 19 вер 2022
Welcome to Peg and Guy Ropes Adventures,
Let us introduce ourselves. Our real names are Linda and Jason and we have been calling each other Peg and Guy for many years now, so for us it was a no brainer to call ourselves Peg and Guy Rope Adventure’s when starting a UA-cam channel.
As a married couple in our 50s and both working full time, we know how hard it can be to find the time and energy to go on exciting adventures. But we've found that getting away for weekends or using our annual leave is the perfect way to recharge and try something new.
So join us on our journey as we explore all that Australia has to offer and have a whole lot of fun along the way. Subscribe to our channel and follow us on our Peg and Guy Ropes Adventures.
See you out there!

25psi 55 kph Done that road many times!!
We would definitely do that road again but not with the caravan we have. Different one maybe, but not this one.
Nah mate !! Dont bight ! Kids play with them...beautiiful insect...PRAYING MANTIS ! 😊
They look pretty cool and are huge! Thanks for watching.
@@pegguyropesadventures1610 Enjoy it.....Didn't realise how old this was....Just 'cause I just found it...forget it wasn't filmed in same time zone...Is that because I'm an 'elder' or what ? 😜
Your chances of escaping constant rainfall ...are pretty good if you head WEST ..up the KURANDA RANGE and on to MAREEBA...😊
The spider is very common..and pretty...we call them GOLDEN ORB. Enjoying your channel so far...thanks. Just found it.
You make it sound like an Indiana Jones movie but it’s just another dirt road mate, get over it. That so called river crossing, a 2 year old could ride a bike across it.
Noice one guys ,perhaps flying lessons are in your future. Cheers 😊😊😊
😂 maybe let’s see what happens.
Good luck with the new job, guys. I hope you are able to film your travels between work sites, now and then
Thank you, we are hoping so.
Good to have you back, missed you. Safe and enjoyable travels. Dave
Thank you. Hopefully we can get enough footage to put an another video together soon.
We were at Lake Belmore 2 weeks ago and there was a sign warning of crocs
Yeah, we were told to be careful there. But we didn’t see the signs. And more importantly didn’t see any crocs.
We went from Borroloola to Hell's Gate in 5 hours, ran 40 psi with Amarok and Stoney Creek 15 Gen 2 no problems at all. Don't know what all the fuss was about.
Wow, you did well getting through without any damage. Stony creek is clearly built better than our Paramount.
Great video, thanks for sharing your experiences. I went back and had a look at a GoRV video of the paramount micro van from 2020, they have a tidy Crusemaster Country suspension I had never heard of before. You need some blue loctite, but the van frame may be meranti timber so you could remove the screws and few at a time skirt some silicon into the hole then replace the screws.
Thanks, I looked into the loctite as you have suggested and that might be the way to go. Cheers for that.
You guys are having way too much fun, groovy episode. Cheers 😊😊
Enjoying while we can. We will be back working before we know it.
and @17:37 🙂
Me neither
@6:13 I dunno whats going on here 🙂
😂 We still laugh about it
Camped at Cairns/ Mission Beach in July, nice to see I didn’t use up all the rain
Think you were in Kuranda? Love the hat
😂yes we were. I will let peg know you like the hat.
Enjoying your adventures - your closest on UT to my age. Still trying to get up courage to take on these roads. Cheers Dave 🇦🇺
Dave the roads aren’t that bad if you take your time and enjoy the adventures along the way. Thanks for watching and take care. Hopefully we see you out there one day.
What the side of the track like
@@michaelwhenan3350 rough as
Dragon fly .
Could be Mick… could be
Did you realise every time Peg goes into the caravan she leans on the door handle… probably why screws are loose. Hope that helps.
No I didn’t, but I will ask her. You could be onto something.
Do you realise that you can buy an Adaptor to blow up your SUP's with your compressor. We finally got around to buying one from Anaconda for around $29 , makes life so much easier now especially as we have 2 to blow up.
No I didn’t. Best we go and get one. Cheers
Enjoying watching your videos. Just realised we were the site next to you in Borroloola caravan park. Cheers
Wow small world …….we are glad you are enjoying the video’s.
Kings Canyon big yes. Peg has a great sense of humour. Cheers
Yes she does

Another cracker guys, keep up the great work, you make my day.Cheers 😊😊
Hey how you both doing,,,,Another great watch for us keep them coming ...your living the life's dream X
We are doing well. Thanks for wathcing, unfortunately the videos will slow down once we hit Darwin. We need to go and find work for awhile to top up the bank balance.
Oh THAT train! We spent nearly all day on that train as it struggled to make it up the mountain. Couldn't stop for views. We were over it on the last, crowded skyrail back. And never got to enjoy the village. Agree, awesome views but my advice is - don't go in wet weather!
We would agree, only do the train when the weather is good. We were lucky enough the weather gods were on our side the day we went.
Hair looks good peg... Love your You tube channel. We are from the UK.. you two are making good content, keep up the good work X
Thank you. We appreciate the support.
Love you guys, always get a laugh out of your videos. Glad that you think that no crocodiles is a good thing Looking forward to your next post. Cheers 😊😊
Thank you. Crocs from a distance is a good thing.. up close, no so good.
When you learn to live by the truth and facts old girl reality will fall with you .
Peg Rope guilty? I'd reckon Guy has a lot to answer for 🙂
You could be right there!
Hair looks fantastic 😊
Thank you!! 😊
Hahaha so ya seen the hardly endangered freckle Duck Diving hahaha
Hardly endangered freckle is correct… 😂
Cracking episode again guys, love the banter and the videos. You're right up there with my favourite vidiographers. Cheers 😊😊
Wow, thanks! Appreciate the support.
We've done the railway and skyrail and enjoyed the day. We don't remember how much it cost. Your video is well done. Good camera work, talking to camera, editing and audio. Interesting to watch, worth a follow.
Glad you enjoyed it. Cheers
Not a cricket it’s a praying mantis.
It was a monster 😂
Metung added to my list, looks like an awesome spot.
Beautiful spot. Not a big place but worth having a look
Petrified Forest, I wonder what scared it.
Who nose! 😂
Good old Cooyar, I bought my first property there. Not much to see but it is a nice area.
Unfortunately time was not on our side so we couldn’t stop and have a look around. However we do love the name COOYAR!
Are you on your way to Darwin there place call shade camp good for fishing but plenty of crocodile at night and mozzie.
How to do a naughty without someone watching, Yep it must have been a crocodile without spelling lessons
Great episode as usual guys,Im so glad you took my suggestion for the name Stella Starlink 😍😄 and I love how you've named your powerbank Zeus
😂 thanks for the name. We love it.
Nice one guys, you can be my tour guide any day as i never know where I'm goingwhere I've been. 😊
Sounds like a great plan, and as always, if we don’t know we will make it up😂
Weather looks pleasant, no rain and it looks like the humidity is ok too. Loved the star photography
Thanks. The weather was great while we were up there. Apparently it rained shortly after we left. And more importantly no humidity so far on this trip.
Fishing rods fixed I see
😂 yes finally
Hi with your gopro what settings did you use for the star trail shot
Click on Time lapse and then star trail. If you have a GoPro 11 it will be the top setting.
@@pegguyropesadventures1610 unfortunately I only have the 10 so I'll have to go searching thanks
wow this was awesome, can you prebook your spot to stay the night? or is it first in first served? loving watching your you tube!! very entertaining and also gives many tips
Yes it was. You need to prebook if you are planning on staying the night. No booking required for the park tour or night visit.
Wow, what a fabulous area, added to my list.
Absolutely incredible spot. You won’t be disappointed.
