it looks like it but its in very slow motion...picture it in regular motion llike some of the clip he drops it righ away in front of him...would of been a penalty if he caught it in and threw it to another player or throw it forward...if he was laying down and covered puuck with hands, penalty sometimes but if do that in front of the net cover puck...penalty

Look up the rule for it...if puck is in the air you can catch it and drop it down in front of you...can't throw it forward and can't throw it to another player...if puck was on the ice and you covered it with hands could be a penalty

No penalty. Atleast i dont think....you can catch and throw it in front to yourself...would of been a penalty if he threw it away or to another player

If he wanted to throw it ahead he would of had to punch it forward not catch it and throw it or be a penalty...but you can catch and place it down in front of you

No...not penalty if puck is in the air you can catch drop it in front of you...would be penalty if he threw it forward or threw to another player...covering puck in front of the net with hands or laying down and covering puck with hands is penalty...I think there's a second you can hold it must release it
