Just imagine your zhongli reacts with any other element other than your main DPS's element you have some random element DMG bonus for your team, that too only 12% where tenacity gives 20% attack that too without any reaction and attack is generally much better option for whole team. just the enemies need to be hit by skill.

@direwolfAD well even for hyperbloom xingqiu alone should be good enough. You can put yelan with arle and use benny alongside any shield or other sub dps.
